CICERO ID (CI) is a unique code generated by the CICERO system during registration. It is a personal number in the CICERO system.
2Which email should I use to create my (CI)?
Your primary business email. Email cannot be changed later; make sure it is your functional email.
3Who should perform the CICERO registration?
Every individual who wants to use CICERO services must create their own registration (personal CICERO profile).
4How can I add my clinic to my personal profile?
If you have the authorization and own an ICO, you can link this ICO to your private profile.
5How many companies can I link to my profile?
There is no limit to the number of company profiles.
6I didn't receive the verification email during registration.
Check your spam folder. The verification email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive. If you don't receive it, try the process again, and if unsuccessful, contact our team at info@ciceroapplication.com.
7Can I edit my private profile after registration?
Yes, everything can be edited except for the email.
1Who can search for dental materials?
Anyone with a CICERO profile. Searching is possible from both the private and company profiles. However, placing orders is only possible from the company profile.
2Where can I search for materials?
On the Home screen, click and enter the required material into the search field.
3Does the CICERO database search the internet?
No, CICERO has a unique database of over 100,000 items.
4Is the price of every item available?
When an item is offered by CICERO's contractual partners, the price is available.
5What is the special offer feature?
It's a section displaying special offers/promotions from all suppliers.
6What is bulk purchasing?
CICERO organizes the purchase of larger quantities of materials and technologies at advantageous prices.
1Who can contribute to quick education?
Every user can add content to education. However, administrators can remove this content.
2What is the Opinion Leader feature?
Individuals who meet Opinion Leader requirements (global or regional) create their own profile, visible to all CICERO users.
3What is the function of copying the Opinion Leader's stock drawer?
Any user with a linked clinic can copy the Opinion Leader's drawer of materials into their own with zero quantity and subsequently order these materials.
4Where can I find the copied Opinion Leader's stock drawer?
You can find it in the section My Clinic -> Stock -> Drawers...
1Can I take inventory of my stock?
Yes, with one click, you can take inventory and export stock information in various formats (Excel, PDF, CSV).
2What is the clinic map?
You can create a virtual copy of your clinic, including equipment, and organize maintenance and regular checks.
3What is the temperature recording feature?
Cicero monitors room temperatures and stores them in clear tables.
4What is the list of maintenance personnel?
You create a clear, intuitive list of all maintenance personnel you use services from. Through this list, you can contact them and report issues that arise in your clinic.
